聂秋华:男,1954年出生,宁波大学博彩导航 教授,博士生导师,宁波大学校长,浙江省光学学会副理事长。

1978.3-1982.1:浙江大学光仪系学习,获学士学位

1982.1-1985.6:浙江大学光仪系学习,获硕士学位    
1989.9-1990.10:英国利兹大学学习    
1985.8-至今:在宁波大学工作    
2002.12-至今:任中科院上海技术物理研究所兼职博士生导师    

2004.4-至今:任宁波大学校长

 

本人研究方向

(1) 光纤测试技术

(2) 波分复用系统器件研究

(3) 特种氧化物玻璃光纤研究

(4) 硫系玻璃材料及光纤制备研究

 

研究领域及主要工作

长期从事光学精密测量、光纤通信、特种光纤和红外光学材料等领域的研究工作。目前主持科技部重大基础研究前期研究专项1项、973子课题1项,曾主持国家自然科学基金项目1项,省部级项目4项,市厅级项目多项。在《通信学报》,《J. Opt. Soc. Am. B》等国内外知名刊物上发表论文70余篇,其中50余篇文章被SCIEI收录,相关的研究成果在国内处于领先水平,出版学术专著2部。获国家专利2项,获省教育厅和宁波市科技进步奖3
